At IRUDI we never stop looking for areas in which we can help the rural community. Some projects are small gestures that can make a big difference to one person, others are big construction projects that can change a community. Here are just some of the projects we are looking to get going on in the future.
Drilling a deep well at Itagutwa Girls Secondary School
We already have the funds in place for this project from Friendship Force International, US, and a plaque will be unveiled on 11th September, 2017
Adventure Aid has donated uniforms for 60 children from Ipwasi primary school, the uniforms are going to be handed over on 28th September 2017.
Also, Friendship Force International will donate hundreds of school uniforms to children between 9-15th September 2017 and Alice, a past volunteer, will be donating some uniforms in November to Igangidung’u primary school.
This is also an on going project, We expect to reach more children this year and next year.
Advenure Aid comes to distribute clothes to poor families every year in the 4th week of June.
